If you’re excited about building experiences that people actually engage with — not just attend — you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Event Coordinator, you’ll take full ownership of events from A to Z:

  • Plan, manage, and execute events end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Handle logistics, timelines, and on-ground operations.
  • Ensure smooth execution and problem-solving during events.
  • Work closely with creative teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Manage multiple events/projects simultaneously.

What we’re looking for

We’re not looking for beginners — we need someone who’s already been in the field.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in event management (Mandatory).
  • Proven experience organizing and executing real events.
  • Strong coordination & communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems on the spot.
  • Experience dealing with vendors, budgets, and logistics.
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility.

Tools you’ll be using

We work in a fast, modern environment, so being comfortable with tools is key:

  • Canva (for quick visuals & event materials).
  • Project management tools (Notion, Trello, or similar).
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Communication tools (Slack or similar).

We’re looking for someone who enjoys using tools to work smarter, not harder.

Who you are

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Energetic and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative thinker with execution skills.
  • Team player with strong communication.
  • Someone who takes ownership — not just instructions.

Why join us?

  • You’ll work on high-impact, visually-driven experiences.
  • A dynamic, youthful, and creative environment.
  • Space to grow, lead, and take real ownership.
  • Be part of a team building something modern, not traditional.
